A software engineer and program manager by training, Julie is talented, brave (you should see her ride her Arabian horse) and unrelenting in her quest for perfection in the development of our clients' Web design. Her leadership has helped Web at Work develop a reputation for excellence and an exciting portfolio.
Armed with 25 years of experience in the legal arena, Diane ensures that we cross our Ts and dot our Is. Her calm and practiced experience in management of large legal entities equips her to deal with the challenges of maintaining order with the rowdy and creative crew of Web at Work. Also a horse enthusiast, she prefers breeding to riding and has an eye for perfection in Arabian foals. Diane also manages our testing department and she ensures that the functionality and navigation of all sites is ideal. Our clients are very appreciative of her focus on the nitty-gritty!
With 25 years of experience in publishing, marketing, organizational innovation and corporate politics, Ruth brings a southern hemispheric, international worldview to the Web at Work team. When talking to Ruth we are often confused about whether is summer or winter on the south side of the equator. While we still can't figure out the loss of a day when she travels to Australia, we have learned that with Skype, we can surmount all geographical obstacles even when she takes a detour away from the home office for a glass of Merlot in that remote vineyard next to the sheep station.
"But seriously, this is a really great idea," and often (amazingly often) she is right. If you are looking for inspiration and a seriously good idea for your business ... our CIO has at least one, and probably several for you. A writer, published author and editor, she has now decided to raise chickens ... maybe not such a good idea, but at Web at Work, she is our totally brilliant concept "go to person." Brown eggs with a pedigree, anyone?
Heather has the cutting edge view of online marketing and the social media-networking arena. Her expertise ensures that our clients receive the latest and greatest direction in search engine optimization and development of a social media marketing strategy. Her horse is named "Monster" and we are not yet sure what this means ... .
Sandra is the creative genius of the group. Her artistic talent is only eclipsed by her sense of design and eye for color. We believe her to be telepathic as she can sense ahead of time what designs will appeal to our clients ... even before she meets them. She brings to the team years of experience working in the world of the New York Advertising agency. She enjoys the Southwestern lifestyle but still channels the Manhattan energy!
Always meticulous and always on time, Greg has more than 20 years of experience in programming and coding. A relentless perfectionist, Greg is unwilling to accept defeat and pursues every avenue to find and fix the unavoidable glitches that are the bane of a software engineer's existence.
An Iowa Hawkeye diehard fan, Jim is also our expert in database construction and management. His easygoing personality and calm countenance are always welcome additions to the high energy of our team meetings.
Scott also is a horse enthusiast who manages to balance full time employment, management of his ranch, his marriage and parenting of two darling little people. We greatly appreciate Scott's expertise in database management and e-classified construction.
We would be lost without this dynamic group of talented individuals for whom no task is too big, no deadline too ambitious and no request too daunting. Our hats are off to our incredible staff without whom, we could not be successful.
